1. Booking Cancellation
Guests can request cancellation by contacting us through Call or WhatsApp on our official number.
2. Cancellation Time Rules
Cancellation charges may vary depending on the time of cancellation:
- Before 48 hours of check-in: Cancellation may be accepted with minimal or no charge (as per booking type).
- Within 24–48 hours of check-in: Partial refund may be applicable.
- Within 24 hours of check-in or no-show: Refund may not be applicable.

3. Advance Payment / Confirmation Amount
If an advance payment was made for booking confirmation:
- Refund eligibility will depend on the cancellation time and booking conditions.
- In some cases, the advance amount may be adjusted in future booking (subject to availability).
4. Refund Processing Time
If a refund is approved:
- Refund will be processed within 5–7 working days
- Refund will be credited to the same payment method used (UPI/Bank transfer)
5. Booking Modification (Date Change)
Guests may request booking modification (date change) by contacting us.
- Date changes are subject to availability
- Price difference (if any) may apply
6. Non-Refundable Situations
Refund may not be provided in cases such as:
- Wrong details provided by guest
- No-show without intimation
- Misbehavior / violation of rules
- Booking cancelled during peak rush dates (festival/holiday season)
7. Important Note
We request all guests to confirm room type, guest count, check-in date, and final price before making payment.
Mallikarjun Sadan reserves the right to accept or reject cancellation/refund requests based on situation and policy.
